This Position reports to:

Software Development Engineer




At Corporate Technology Center in Kraków we create innovative solutions, implemented in ABB products and systems. It is a unique opportunity for you to join interdisciplinary scientific teams and international projects where expertise, curiosity and innovation are valued.

You will be at the heart of our infrastructure, and interact on a daily basis with our software development teams. You will develop and enhance our CI pipelines, raising the automation and standardization of our development processes to the next level.

Tasks:

  • Maintaining the build pipelines
  • Extending existing pipelines with new automatic checks
  • Maintaining the build VMs (both Linux and Windows


Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Python, PowerShell, bash or other scripting languages
  • Knowledge of GIT
  • Knowledge of Linux
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Minimum availability 20h/week

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Docker or virtualization techniques
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience with C++ (or other languages) build systems
