Key Responsibilities

• Manage license consumption metering processes for SAP-related products and services (including traditional and consumption-based licenses).
• Conduct regular internal audits and compliance assessments to ensure alignment with SAP licensing terms and conditions.
• Identify potential compliance risks or optimization opportunities and take appropriate corrective or improvement actions.
• Analyze license usage data to identify underutilized assets and propose optimization or reassignment strategies.
• Maintain a centralized repository of SAP license contracts, agreements, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal procurement teams to ensure software purchases are aligned with company policies.
• Support external audit processes as required.
• Contribute to software budget preparation, tracking, and forecasting activities.
• Advise project and portfolio managers on software licensing best practices and compliance.
• Produce and maintain regular internal reports on SAP licensing and compliance status.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional background in license management, administration, and software asset management (preferably within SAP products and services).
• Strong expertise in SAP licensing principles, contractual terms, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SAP audit processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro is a strong asset.
• Experience working in a global organization, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and accountability for end-to-end processes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling multi-source data.
• Technical background is considered an advantage.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
