DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to help us scale and evolve our cloud infrastructure. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our platform is reliable, performant, and developer-friendly. If you’re passionate about automation, Kubernetes, and improving the developer experience, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.
• Implement auto-scaling and self-healing systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and reduce build times through caching, parallelization, and tooling improvements.
• Own observability stack: logging, tracing, and alerting using Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki.
• Manage core services including PostgreSQL, Redis, and S3.
• Drive Developer Experience (DevEx) initiatives to improve development velocity and internal tooling.
• Define infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Automate provisioning and configuration management with Ansible, Helm, or Kustomize.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure smooth and secure deployments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering.
• Deep experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHub Actions (or similar CI/CD tools).
• Proven expertise with Terraform, Pulumi, or other infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
• Experience with ArgoCD, Helm, PostgreSQL, Redis, and managing web-scale services.
• Strong understanding of web infrastructure, auto-scaling, and performance tuning.
• Track record of reducing build and deploy times through smart automation and system design.
• Passionate about clean infrastructure, developer productivity, and operational excellence.
• Bonus: experience with cost optimization and securing cloud environments.
