About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Full Stack Java Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced engineer who thrives in a remote environment, takes pride in producing high-quality software, and can work independently while taking direction from senior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack Java applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions efficiently.
- Work with CCXML and VoiceXML technologies to support voice application development.
- Apply pragmatic thinking to identify risks and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
- Ensure software is built with observability in mind, leveraging modern monitoring and logging practices.
- Participate in cloud deployment activities, primarily in AWS environments.
- Utilize coding co-pilots (e.g., Tabnine Copilot) to enhance development efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Java and full-stack development.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment practices, especially in AWS.
- Understanding of observability principles (e.g., logging, metrics, tracing).
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience using coding co-pilots to assist in development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SIP protocols (a plus, not required).
- Experience with CCXML and/or VoiceXML.
- Prior use of Tabnine Copilot.
- Experience working in distributed teams across time zones.
