About The Role

We are looking for talented, curious, and energetic Site Reliability Engineers who embrace solving complex challenges on a global scale. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team inventing, designing, building, and testing software products that reach a truly global customer base. While supporting components of cutting-edge payment technology, you will get to see your efforts shaping the digital future of monetary transactions.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting code and systems for internal scalability, security, and reusability,
• Collaborating cross-functionally to support systems and software solutions that help site reliability and performance for multiple technical offerings,
• Contributing to product quality improvements,
• Configuring and troubleshooting software applications, systems, databases, and associated devices,
• Monitoring and escalating application performance concerns that threaten application functionality.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Providing customer support on merchant escalated issues specific to applications (e.g. increased latency, transactional issues, features not working as encouraged, etc.),
• Advancement in one or more general programming languages (e.g., Java, Python),
• Experience supporting modern services and web applications on Linux and or Windows environments,
• Willingness to learn new technologies: Devops platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
• Professional experience of collaboration with Product, Test, Dev-ops, and Agile/Scrum teams,
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
