What Responsibilities QA Engineer Takes?

• Use various test automation approaches to test APIs, UIs, and application performance across multiple platforms.
• Design, implement, and maintain API and Web UI test automation frameworks using modern tech stacks. (Python, Java, JavaScript, Docker, Mock APIs, etc.)
• Prepare and execute QA strategies and test plans aligned with project goals.
• Review technical documents, challenge assumptions, and provide meaningful feedback.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify risks early and improve testing efficiency.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement in our QA processes and tools.

What BtcTurk | Teknoloji Expects from You?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Mathematics Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience. (4+ years in related technical roles)
• Strong understanding of QA theory, methodologies, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as: UI, (Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Cucumber, Espresso) API, (Postman/Newman, REST Assured, or similar tools) Performance. (Locust, JMeter, or k6)
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and branching workflows.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and modern CI/CD practices. (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.
• Awareness of UX/UI principles and user-centric testing approaches.
• Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal.
