About This Opportunity
We are a lean team managing all aspects of local production in Türkiye, we are interfacing with various suppliers, supply and lead site functions to ensure local products are manufactured in requested lead times, within budget and adhering to all applicable Ericsson and international standards.
As we are increasing our scope of additional products with 5G, we are looking for a project coordinator to support our team during the peak load period. You will be exposed to and will develop your experience in supply and electronics manufacturing domains.
The role demands experience and sharp skills in analysis of requirements, prioritization, structured and persistent follow-up of tasks but most importantly eagerness to learn and grow and be curious in the work we are performing.

About This Opportunity

What You Will Do
- Develop a detailed understanding of various aspects of local production
- Contribute to planning and governance activities
- Perform assigned tasks in areas of Supply Chain Management, Production Technology, Quality Management
- Drive project and product execution – track and monitor activities, orders, shipments, issues as per assignments
- Coordinate issues resolution with suppliers and lead site functions
- Report on progress and activities
- Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred)
- Proficiency with English and Turkish Language.
- Residence in Istanbul, Türkiye, travel to production site will be needed.
- Technical aptitude; problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Can demonstrate structured way of working
- Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building
- Practical knowledge gained in IT/Telecom Project Management Project Management, Integration Management and Supply Chain understanding would be an asset
