pladis is looking for Project Executive for our pladis Projects & Investments Directorate.

What will be your key deliverables?

• Prepare and aggregate budget envelopes for capital investment projects.
• Lead the Capital Board preparation process on the technical side.
• Act as business owner for the e-Capex system, ensuring project accuracy and data integrity.
• Monitor and consolidate LE (Latest Estimate) and YTD (Year-to-Date) investment tracking.
• Collaborate with Procurement as defined in the PMM RACI, covering all strategic equipment and/or defined projects.
• Own and maintain the Scope 1 Capex Roadmap, ensuring alignment with engineering and sustainability objectives.
• Manage and improve the CO₂ Impact Calculation Tool, ensuring data accuracy and integration into decision-making.
• Develop and maintain Scope 1 and Scope 2 engineering solutions and standards to drive efficiency and emission reduction.
• Animate and coordinate regional engineering sustainability SPOCs (network) to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing across regions.
• Provide technical support to Scope 2 and Scope 3 sustainability project proposals, ensuring feasibility and consistency with company standards.

What do you need for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in engineering project management, preferably in FMCG, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• AutoCAD knowledge and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of capital expenditure (Capex) processes and sustainability frameworks.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities in a matrix environment.
