We are looking for a Network & Systems Administrator who will be responsible for managing and maintaining our computer systems, network infrastructure, and related software and hardware. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations across all departments while supporting continuous improvement in our digital environment.

• Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network systems (LAN/WAN/WiFi).
• Install, configure, and update servers, routers, firewalls, and related equipment.
• Perform system backups and ensure data security and integrity.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Research and implement new technologies; organize user trainings.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to work in İliç, Erzincan, in both office and field environments

• Technical Competencies:
• Proficiency in WAN/LAN/WiFi Network Devices, Server & Storage Systems, Virtualization, Backup, Security, and Cloud Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client Operating Systems, Vmware/HyperV, Veeam Backup Systems, Fortinet/PaloAlto Security Systems, and Amazon Web Services.
• Hands-on experience in Cisco/HP Network Administration & Configuration Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
