🔍 What You’ll Do 

• Strategic Partner Management 
• Select and manage a global network of GSIs, SIs, and AI studios aligned with S.AI.L’s Legal-First AI Framework, ensuring enterprise-grade, secure, and compliant solutions. 
• Complex Implementation Leadership 
• Orchestrate multi-phase tech rollouts across jurisdictions, leading external teams through constitutional mapping, executive dashboards, and legal enablement phases. 
• Technology Partnership Strategy 
• Identify and engage emerging AI studios and partners to expand our capabilities in agentic AI, compliance automation, and governance frameworks. 
• Sales Enablement Collaboration 
• Work closely with our Sales Director to embed technology into sales processes, support client engagements, and co-develop go-to-market strategies with partners. 
• Senior Relationship Building 
• Build strategic relationships with senior tech leaders at GSIs and AI studios. Negotiate agreements, manage performance, and drive innovation in service delivery. 
• Technical Architecture Oversight 
• Ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery of bespoke AI agents, monitoring systems, and compliance frameworks that exceed client expectations. 
• Innovation Leadership 
• Pilot new technologies, develop proprietary frameworks, and maintain S.AI.L’s leadership in legal-first enterprise AI transformation. 

🧠 What You Bring 

• Exceptional Communication 
• You translate complex tech into strategic value for C-suite, legal, and tech stakeholders alike. You’re equally at ease with a General Counsel or a GSI partner. 
• Growth Mindset 
• You see legal-first AI as a new frontier, not just another tech project. You’re curious, experimental, and ready to help define a new category. 
• AI & Cloud Experience 
• Strong background in AI, ML, or data science, especially within Azure, AWS, or GCP environments. You’ve delivered results through external partnerships in regulated settings. 
• Coaching & Mentoring 
• You build high-performing external networks, elevate partner capabilities, and create collaborative environments that drive consistent quality and innovation. 

💼 Compensation & Equity 

• Equity Ownership: ~2% of fully diluted shares at grant 
• Vesting: 4-year vesting, 1-year cliff, monthly thereafter 
• Salary: Market-rate, effective post-Series A (~12 months) 
• Exit Potential: Estimated US$7.5–15M (5x revenue multiple at liquidity)
