Job Description – DevOps Engineer

As part of our international growth and the expansion of our Suadeo Cloud offering—hosted in certified French data centers—we are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to strengthen our Dubai team.

This role is central to ensuring automation, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Main Responsibilities

1.CI/CD Pipeline Management

-Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or equivalent tools

-Automate build, test, and deployment workflows for containerized applications

-Ensure release processes are efficient, consistent, and secure

2.Infrastructure as Code & Automation

-Develop and maintain infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Helm, and Ansible

-Automate provisioning and scaling of Kubernetes clusters (OpenShift is a plus)

-Implement self-healing and monitoring mechanisms

3.Containerization & Orchestration

-Manage and optimize Docker containers and Kubernetes deployments

-Monitor application performance and tune resources accordingly

-Implement best practices for container security and lifecycle management

4.Monitoring, Logging & Incident Response

-Set up infrastructure monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools

-Define and maintain logging and alerting systems (e.g., Loki, ELK stack)

-Troubleshoot production issues and participate in root cause analysis

5.Collaboration & Documentation

-Work closely with developers and system admin team

-Do cument infrastructure architecture, automation scripts, and workflows

-Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps practices and toolchains

Required Profile

Essential Technical Skills

• Proven experience with Linux-based infrastructure (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL)
• Strong expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
• Solid understanding of cloud environments, especially private cloud or hybrid
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, or Bash)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD)
• Knowledge of service mesh and ingress controllers (NGINX)
• Familiarity with security tools like SonarQube, etc.
