We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and optimization of products that deliver exceptional value to our customers. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. The ideal candidate balances customer insights, market trends, and business objectives to drive innovation and product growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
    • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to inform product decisions.
    • Prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
  • Product Development & Execution:
    • Work closely with engineering and design teams to define requirements, user stories, and specifications.
    • Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
    • Collaborate with QA and operations teams to ensure smooth product launches and releases.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Engage with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and support to ensure alignment and readiness for product launches.
    • Present product updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
    • Act as the product advocate internally and externally, representing customer needs and business priorities.
  • Analytics & Optimization:
    • Monitor product performance using metrics such as adoption, retention, revenue, and engagement.
    • Identify opportunities for product optimization and drive continuous improvement.
    • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to inform product decisions.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3–7 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and UX principles.
  • Experience with analytics tools and product management platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Pendo).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
