Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to inform product decisions.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
- Product Development & Execution:
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to define requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with QA and operations teams to ensure smooth product launches and releases.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and support to ensure alignment and readiness for product launches.
- Present product updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Act as the product advocate internally and externally, representing customer needs and business priorities.
- Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor product performance using metrics such as adoption, retention, revenue, and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for product optimization and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to inform product decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and UX principles.
- Experience with analytics tools and product management platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Pendo).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value.
- Ability to balance business, technical, and user requirements effectively.
