Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative Product Designer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing fashion accessories such as bags, watches, and jewellery, with a good understanding of current trends, materials, and styles. A background in product design or fashion design is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new product concepts for bags, watches, and jewellery.
• Research latest fashion trends and market preferences.
• Create sketches, 2D drawings, and simple 3D/CAD mock-ups for design ideas.
• Work with the production and sourcing teams to finalize materials and finishes.
• Assist in prototype creation and sample reviews.
• Ensure designs reflect brand identity, functionality, and quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to bring ideas to life.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or Fashion Design (specialization in accessories preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in product design, preferably in the fashion industry (bags, watches, jewellery).
• Portfolio that shows the work you have done
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 3d CAD software's or similar.
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail, colour, and material selection.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, comfortable in a multicultural work environment.
