We are actively looking to hire a Data Scientist for a global, industry-leading Technology & Strategy Consulting Firm to join their office in Dubai. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically skilled, and capable of turning complex data into simple, clear recommendations that drive measurable impact across product, marketing, and strategy functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.
• Mine and analyse data from internal and client databases to improve product development, marketing effectiveness, and business strategy.
• Assess and validate the effectiveness of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Develop and deploy custom data models and algorithms tailored to company datasets.
• Use predictive modeling to optimize customer experience, revenue growth, and campaign targeting.
• Design and implement A/B testing frameworks and evaluate model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytical models into operational systems.
• Build processes and tools to monitor, visualize, and ensure the accuracy of data and model outputs.

• Advanced knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques (e.g., regression, decision trees, clustering, neural networks).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills able to dissect complex issues and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical content clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities proven track record of building relationships and influencing outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics).
• Master’s or Ph.D. degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mathematical modeling, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Proven experience handling large datasets and relational databases (e.g., SQL).
• Prior consulting or cross-functional project experience is a strong advantage.
