Requirements
Education:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent development and organizational development in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Experience in UAE labor law and HR best practices.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
