We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team in an HR Coordinator (Onboarding) capacity with a particular focus on preparing offer letters and managing the negotiation process. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong selling skills, technical knowledge of onboarding processes, and exceptional communication skills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires while representing the organisation's values. This position requires an individual who is solutions-focused, with a keen ability to navigate complex problems and deliver positive outcomes for new joiners and the business.
Key Responsibilities – Onboarding, Offer Letters, and Negotiation
- Prepare accurate and compliant offer letters and employment contracts tailored to different roles and levels within the organisation.
- Manage the offer negotiation process, addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring competitive and equitable employment terms are delivered.
- Act as a point of contact for selected candidates during the pre-boarding and onboarding period, providing timely updates and guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with hiring managers & stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding process aligned with internal standards and business objectives.
- Utilise HR information systems (HRIS) and digital onboarding platforms to maintain records, generate documentation, and track progress of new hires.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the onboarding experience, identifying and resolving potential challenges quickly and effectively.
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relating to employment contracts and onboarding practices.
- Solid technical understanding of onboarding processes, HR best practices, and related employment documentation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information and communicating with a diverse audience.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, and document automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving ability, with a positive attitude to overcome obstacles during negotiation and onboarding.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring accuracy in all documentation and communications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly as business needs evolve.
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience preparing offer letters and negotiating terms of employment is highly advantageous.
- Background in HR coordination, talent acquisition, or related people operations roles, preferably in a dynamic environment.
