Company Description
Pnyx Hill is a rapidly scaling international boutique advisory firm specializing in Strategy, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). We support organizations operating in regulated industries such as finance, digital assets, Web3/blockchain, insurance, healthcare, and technology. Drawing inspiration from the historic Pnyx Hill in Athens, the firm emphasizes strategic clarity, disciplined execution, and long-term partnerships.
Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with a growing presence in Dubai, Astana, Nicosia, Athens, and additional emerging markets, Pnyx Hill connects dynamic jurisdictions to deliver seamless advisory experiences across borders. The firm is dedicated to driving sustainable growth, managing reputational and regulatory risks, and empowering clients to achieve strategic objectives through high-impact advisory services.
Role Description
We are hiring a Group Operations Delivery & PMO Associate, to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of all strategic and operational projects across the Pnyx Hill Group. This role sits at the center of how the Group runs, scales, and delivers.
You will manage the Group PMO, ensuring every vertical, department, and strategic initiative is aligned, structured, and progressing according to plan. In parallel, you will operate as a key Operations point of contact, working directly with the COO to ensure organizational rhythm, operational efficiency, and execution discipline across regions and business units.
This is a crucial execution focus role that requires ownership, clarity, high situational awareness, and the ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on operational problem-solving.
This role is for someone who thrives where pace is high, priorities evolve, and decisions must turn into action fast. If you are structured, assertive, execution-driven, and capable of being the operational backbone of a scaling group, without needing to be pushed, then we want to speak.
This role reports directly to the Group COO and can be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, depending on the candidate’s profile and operational fit.
Key Responsibilities
Group PMO
- Manage the end-to-end program management office across all business units and corporate functions.
- Structure strategic initiatives into clear work-streams, execution milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Maintain group-wide project dashboards, priority maps, delivery trackers, and executive reporting.
- Facilitate weekly Group PMO Steering Sessions with vertical leads and the Steering Committees.
Operations Management
- Partner with the COO to drive the operational cadence, performance rhythm, and execution governance of the Group.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and systematically remove or resolve them.
- Ensure alignment across Advisory, Corporate Governance, Finance, Business Development, and Shared Services.
Internal Policy & Governance Framework
- Own and maintain the internal policy governance system including drafting, revision tracking, implementation schedules, and stakeholder adoption.
- Ensure policies are embedded, followed, and reinforced through process and accountability structures.
Execution Enablement & Hands-On Support
- Step into workflows where required to unblock, accelerate, and ensure delivery.
- Manage vendor coordination, partner follow-ups, executive communications, and cross-functional execution.
- Convert discussions, plans, and decisions into clear tasks, owners, deadlines, and reporting.
Required Experience & Competencies
- 5–7 years in PMO, operations management, business execution, or program delivery roles.
- Demonstrated success in high-growth, multi-stakeholder, or founder-led organizations.
- Strong command of project delivery methodologies and operational design.
- Proficiency with modern project and workflow management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Airtable, Smartsheet). Tools may differ - the discipline does not.
- High personal accountability, follow-through, and reliability. - You close loops. Things move because of you.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including working directly with senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking approach.
Preferred
- Experience establishing or scaling PMO systems from early or mid-stage environments.
- Exposure to cross-border or multi-entity operational structures.
- Experience with fast growing, start-up organizations.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary + performance-based progression.
- You will operate directly alongside the COO, influencing how the organization runs and grows.
- A platform to build the Group PMO function from the ground upward.
- A clear path to Head of PMO, Operations Lead, or Chief of Staff based on execution and leadership performance.
- Professional development support.
- Modern, collaborative working culture.
- Flexible, hybrid working set up.
