Technical Project Manager (Salesforce Financial Services Cloud)

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Technical Project Manager (Salesforce Financial Services Cloud) who combines strong technical acumen with exceptional project management and stakeholder leadership skills. You will guide Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations, manage enterprise integrations involving Azure Data Factory and Databricks, and ensure seamless end-to-end project delivery within an agile framework.


Responsibilities:

Lead and Deliver Projects:

  • Manage and guide Scrum pods as Scrum Master, ensuring effective execution of Agile methodologies.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and planning to deployment and delivery.
  • Coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams and manage delivery across 25+ enterprise system integrations.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project challenges in a large enterprise environment.


Technical Oversight:

  • Lead Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations, including:
  • Sales Cloud configuration and customization
  • Experience Cloud development
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) integration
  • Loyalty management feature delivery
  • Oversee Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks architectures to support data and system integration.
  • Ensure multi-layer solution alignment and facilitate whiteboarding sessions and architecture diagrams to support decision-making.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to align on objectives and expectations.
  • Manage requirements and sprint activities using JIRA and Confluence, including building EazyBI dashboards for progress tracking.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership effectively.


Desired Skill Set:

  • Hands-on experience as a Software Developer, Solution Designer, or Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
  • Proven background in technical project management within enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations and integrations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks solution architecture.
  • Strong understanding of multi-layer solution architectures and enterprise system integrations.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and technical teams alike.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling ability to convey complex issues clearly.


Nice-to-Have :

  • Previous experience with large financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with financial services regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and related integrations with Azure platforms.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and innovations in Salesforce and Microsoft Azure environments.
