- Continuously elevate frontend architecture for stability, scalability, and performance.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in modern frontend engineering.
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Real experience shipping production React applications and using browser debugging tools.
- Familiarity with Git, and exposure to Node.js, Webpack, and modular architecture.
- Good problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership and product taste.
- Experience with internal tools, devtooling, or efficiency engineering platforms.
- Interest in design systems, developer experience (DX) tooling, performance tuning, or micro-interactions.
- Experience with low-code platforms or internal platform work.
- Build software that engineers use daily.
- Influence architecture and patterns, not just work on “tickets.”
- Work in a company that values engineering craft and product elegance.
