Your job will be to ensure that the YouTrip product is innovative and compelling. You should have great business/commercial instincts and the ability to make a compelling business case, combined with great product instincts and UX sensibilities.
You will:
You'll need to have a strong awareness of the competitive landscape and be willing to pick up new knowledge quickly in order to ensure that we are able to innovate and build in new areas. We're looking for someone who is creative and questions boundaries - but is able to back their maverick ideas up with strong grounding in data and market awareness. You should dream big dreams for the product, finding creative solutions and making a clear and compelling case for your ideas.
We expect our product managers to propose and drive relevant product metrics, as well as coordinate tightly across teams.
- Be part of our mission to develop innovative and industry-leading product strategies and roadmaps that uniquely serve our customers and differentiate us from the competition
- Focus on driving the key product metrics and product strategy for YouTrip
- Be constantly evaluating and staying updated on the changing market landscape, relevant products in the market, and core customer expectations.
- Collaborate closely with other product managers, engineering, design, and other stakeholders to determine our product roadmap and assess the market/business feasibility of various ideas.
- Collaborate across functions in the company such as marketing, operations, compliance, finance, and other stakeholders to define our go-to-market plans and scale our business processes.
- As part of our continuous effort to improve our products, you will define success metrics and constantly measure the impact of our work as we grow
- 4-8 years of outstanding and relevant product management (seniority of the role will be calibrated based on your experience and capability level). You should have demonstrated a strong track record of delivering business outcomes and moving key metrics.
- Deep analysis of data and strong product discovery skills are fundamental for this role - you should be excellent at diving deep into product-level data with minimal guidance to uncover insights, as well as know how/when to interview/survey users as appropriate.
- You should be excellent at collaborating and driving alignment across different teams/stakeholders.
- You are able to clearly articulate options and trade-offs, and demonstrate strong product judgement in your recommendations.
- You're the type of person who finds problems others may not have seen yet (even cross-function) and proposes pragmatic solutions, prioritizing company needs over team boundaries.
- You're prepared to dive deep into workflows/processes to help us scale while ensuring a delightful customer experience while creating optimal market and business impact
- People naturally look to you for leadership/guidance and you're prepared (both in experience and temperament) to make weighty judgment calls
- You should be savvy about how to manage our partners/relationships/commercials to ensure our business needs are met.
