  • Elevate studio practices by embracing new technologies and sharing insights with peers.
  • Ensure every project leaves behind a legacy of strong documentation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience managing creative, spatial, or experiential projects (agency or consultancy experience preferred).
  • Strong track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects from concept through execution.
  • Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to balance creative vision with commercial and operational requirements.
  • Skilled in budget management, scheduling, and supplier coordination.
  • Comfortable preparing and delivering proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and openness to adopting new technologies (AI applications, digital workflows).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving studio environment.
  • Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
