- Lead and mentor development teams and drive end-to-end software delivery
- Architect, design, and develop scalable enterprise applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Code reviews, performance tuning, and solution optimization
- Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and best coding practices
- .NET Core / C#
- Angular
- Python experience (Plus)
- SQL / Database expertise
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred)
- Strong experience leading Agile teams
