Since its founding in 2017, Prometheum has leveraged its deep expertise in securities law, blockchain and trading to create a compliant ecosystem for digital asset securities that enables all investors to seamlessly invest in digital assets securities. Role:-

Product Manager (Financial Services) – Full Time W2

Location:-
Fully remote, USA

Salary:-
$130,000-160,000 

Responsibilities:

• This position will support the development and enhancement of Prometheum’s platform features and onboarding solutions, working closely with senior product leaders and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, designers, and product teams to contribute to Business Requirements (BRD) and Product Requirements (PRD) documents.
• Support the product life cycle from ideation through launch for trading, clearing, broker-dealer onboarding and custody solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution.
• Help define product features and roadmap priorities by documenting functionality requirements and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning by translating business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for clearing operations, trading, custody and broker-dealer onboarding processes.
• Maintain clear documentation of features, user stories, and tasks in Jira/Confluence, ensuring traceability to business requirements and integration needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners including broker dealers and financial institutions to communicate requirements, track delivery timelines, and support testing efforts.
• Serve as a point of contact for product-related inquiries from broker dealers, IBDs, clearing firms, and compliance teams regarding trading, settlement and custody operations.
• Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, and release notes for onboarding processes and platform updates.
• Track and analyze product metrics to assess feature adoption and business impact.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in product management or business analysis within financial technology, financial services, or fintech platforms.
• Experience working on financial products such as trading, payments, lending, custody, or brokerage operations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, product analytics platforms).
• Understanding of financial services workflows such as account opening, transaction processing, settlement, or compliance processes.
• Exposure to regulated financial environments and awareness of compliance requirements (FINRA, SEC, banking regulations) is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience creating product documentation, user stories, and process flows for financial operations.
• Ability to translate complex financial or regulatory requirements into clear product specifications.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with broker-dealer operations, clearing and settlement systems, or introducing broker relationships.
• Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, or cryptocurrency platforms.
• Previous experience at a fintech startup or in a fast-paced, 0→1 product environment.
• Familiarity with API integrations and modern web application architectures.​​​​​​​​​
