Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user journeys and wireframes for inflight entertainment systems.
- Create intuitive flows for key touchpoints including:
- Welcome screen upon seating
- Language selection
- Main landing page
- Movie selection and playback controls
- Support visual design efforts while maintaining a strong UX perspective (65% UX / 35% UI).
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and fidelity.
- Deliver certain screens to partner teams to support parallel projects.
- Write functional documentation to support development and QA processes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing (bonus).
- Contribute to Phase 2 initiatives requiring deeper UX involvement.
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in entertainment, app interfaces, or travel-related products.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for both touchscreen and remote-control interfaces.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards.
- Ability to sketch wireframes and develop user flows quickly and iteratively.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers and product managers.
- Background in consumer entertainment or travel technology.
- Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design.
- Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.
