Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Remote / Flexible

Type: Full-time

Overview:

Our client is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the real estate industry with an AI-powered assistant that automates property deal workflows—from contract creation to close. The platform uses machine learning to handle compliance, payments, signatures, follow-ups, and scheduling, allowing agents and brokers to focus on closing deals.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that power intelligent automation across real estate workflows. You will work on NLP, document understanding, and AI-driven automation systems that directly impact how agents and brokers manage deals efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models for document parsing, natural language understanding, and workflow automation.
  • Build intelligent contract creation systems that auto-identify fields, validate compliance, and assist agents in drafting contracts.
  • Implement AI-driven payment verification, escrow tracking, and scheduling systems.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into production platforms.
  • Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP, computer vision, and structured data processing.
  • Monitor and optimize model performance in production.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation of models, datasets, and experiments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Experience with NLP, document understanding, or OCR systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying ML models at scale.
  • Experience with data pipelines, versioning, and model monitoring in production.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in real estate, fintech, or compliance automation domains.
  • Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), embeddings, or generative AI.
  • Understanding of payment systems, escrow workflows, or e-signature integrations.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and API design for AI systems.

Why Apply:

  • Join a cutting-edge startup transforming real estate workflows with AI.
  • Work with AI technologies that have a tangible impact on real-world operations.
  • Collaborate with a highly skilled, fast-moving team.
  • Competitive compensation and opportunity for growth.
