Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex IT initiatives following established governance and lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate and oversee several projects and workstreams simultaneously, managing interdependencies and sequencing in collaboration with IT leadership.
- Build detailed project schedules, manage sprints, budgets, milestones, and documentation, and track progress against deliverables.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leaders on timelines, risks, and overall project health.
- Manage intake and prioritization of new requests and ensure proper resource alignment.
- Organize and facilitate structured, goal-oriented meetings with clear outcomes and accountability.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication, transparency, and progress tracking.
- Maintain proactive engagement with business stakeholders and foster strong relationships across departments.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise with project management tools (such as JIRA and Confluence) and agile workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on removing roadblocks and maintaining momentum.
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Highly collaborative mindset with a strong focus on service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a professional services or enterprise environment.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with executive leadership and managing stakeholder expectations.
- 7+ years in IT or related technical functions.
