JTS is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and drive projects that enhance operational performance, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role will manage multiple projects across our manufacturing operations — coordinating resources, schedules, budgets, and communications to ensure successful execution from planning through delivery.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and consistently delivers results on time and within budget.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables aligned with production goals and business objectives
- Define project scope, resource needs, and objectives in collaboration with operations, engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment, communication, and timely completion of milestones
- Manage budgets, cost tracking, and procurement activities, ensuring all projects remain financially on target
- Oversee contractor and vendor performance, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with JTS standards
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance and drive continuous improvement
- Anticipate and mitigate risks by identifying issues early and implementing effective corrective actions
- Coordinate with manufacturing leadership to minimize production disruptions and optimize resource utilization
- Support quality control and assurance processes throughout each project phase
- Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and implement improvements for future initiatives
- Foster a culture of safety and ensure all project activities comply with company and OSHA standards

- 3–5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment required
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, production scheduling, and equipment installation or modification
- Experience managing capital projects, vendor coordination, and process improvement initiatives
- Proven ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and deliver projects within financial constraints
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or project management software preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Strong ability to motivate cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding JTS’s culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to promote and maintain a safe working environment
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
