Product Manager

Elevate is product intelligence software, that maps, analyzes and learns from the shopper's behavior in real-time, which allows the e-tailer to present relevant products and offers, adapted to each individual.

We always strive to do better for our retailers. In the future, we will be focusing even more on enhancing the actionable insight and intelligence domain within the product. We want to enable our retailers to leverage their data and make informed decisions based on their customer data.

As a Product Manager at Voyado Elevate, you will manage and be responsible for what is built, why, and when, within the Retailer Intelligence domain. The role offers a lot of freedom as well as responsibilities to really impact the success of our product 

With research, product development, product design, engineering, and marketing all collaborating, we’re able to quickly create meaningful features and services.

Some examples of your daily work:

• Discover, develop, and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives for the Retail Intelligence Product Area.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams in your area
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as usage and adoption.
• Create an understanding of our customer needs through research, workshops, and other collaborative surfaces.
• Be part of a cross-functional team, including design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery
• Collect and analyze user feedback for informed product improvements

The ideal candidate has a few years of experience as a Product Manager, and a strong understanding of product development processes. You have an understanding of end-user experience when it comes to search- or findability capabilities on an e-commerce site, which you have likely gained from work experience in a business function within retail (e.g. E-commerce Manager, Findability Specialist, Merchandiser, or similar).

As a person you are driven by curiosity, and you have likely explored the LLM space and experimented with AI-driven tools to make your work more efficient. Initiating and driving value-enhancing initiatives and projects is part of your way of being, and collaborating and communicating with partners, customers, and colleagues is how you prefer working.
