We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated UX designer with a minimum of 7 years of experience, who thrives in collaborating with various stakeholders to comprehend business and user requirements. In this role, you will closely collaborate with a product owner in Business Services to devise prototypes, concepts, and workflows for an internal audience, as well as conduct interviews and usability tests. We are looking for someone capable of managing multiple ongoing threads simultaneously and navigating through a diverse target/user group with varied needs. This role also entails establishing operational methods alongside a product owner, developers, and a specialized team of users. It is crucial that you enjoy collaborating with individuals possessing diverse skill sets and possess strong self-leadership skills. Experience in working on complex projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and align business and user needs.
- Lead requirement gathering and strategic UX activities.
- Create workflows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis (qualitative and quantitative).
- Facilitate workshops to gain insights and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure solutions meet accessibility standards and are scalable for complex environments.
- Drive projects independently, showcasing strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Deliver designs and strategies tailored for internal users, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in UX design, including strategic UX.
- Proven experience working on complex projects, preferably in banking, government, or similar industries.
- Strong skills in prototyping, and requirement mapping.
- Ability to work independently and take leadership responsibility in projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and Agile methods.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivation, resourcefulness, and a problem-solving mindset.
- UI design.

- Swedish and English
- A university degree in a relevant field.
