Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha,Qatar. As a Sales Manager - Loyalty, you will lead efforts to drive sales and build strong client relationships in the loyalty space. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver successful projects. You will also analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions that align with the goals of both the company and its clients.


Qualifications

  • Experience with Loyalty Programs and a deep understanding of Customer Loyalty dynamics
  • Strong Sales and Business Development skills to drive client acquisition and revenue growth
  • Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities and develop strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Project Management expertise to handle multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the SaaS, technology, or loyalty industry is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales platforms
