Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager (Oil & Gas / Qatar Energy Projects)

Duration: 6 Months

About the Role:

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the execution of oil & gas and industrial projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have a proven background in managing QatarEnergy projects, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of EPC project delivery from initiation to handover.

Key Responsibility:

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of oil & gas and industrial projects in accordance with contract requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. Manage engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) phases effectively.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, maintaining excellent relationships and clear communication.
• Review and approve project schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports. Lead project meetings, technical reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure strict compliance with Qatar Energy standards, HSE regulations, and company QA/QC procedures.
• Oversee resource planning, budget control, and contractual matters.
• Manage variations, claims, and project closeout documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in project management roles within oil & gas or industrial EPC projects.
• Extensive experience with QatarEnergy (QP) projects is mandatory.
• Strong technical and contractual knowledge in pipeline, process, or utility systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client coordination skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
