Key Deliverables:

  • Perform upgrades and enhancements on banking systems components.
  • Perform integration of process with other systems whenever required.
  • Main responsibility to provide administrative support, technical support, troubleshooting and to be backup to other teams under Banking Applications whenever require.
  • Provide technical support to enhance functionality of the system and fix bugs.
  • Co-ordinate with the Team Leader regarding any emergency or disaster cases for recovery requirements.
  • Inform the Team Leader with exceptions and failures immediately once they appear.
  • Communication with vendors for any upgrades and enhancements as required.
  • Ensure troubleshooting is performed as and when required.
  • Conduct research and development in banking systems and other related components.
  • Attend support calls and join the department staff in emergency cases as required.
  • Ensue all related activities are in accordance with bank’s policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Participate in other related initiatives and projects as assigned or other duties as assigned by IT management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any IT
