Key Deliverables:
- Perform upgrades and enhancements on banking systems components.
- Perform integration of process with other systems whenever required.
- Main responsibility to provide administrative support, technical support, troubleshooting and to be backup to other teams under Banking Applications whenever require.
- Provide technical support to enhance functionality of the system and fix bugs.
- Co-ordinate with the Team Leader regarding any emergency or disaster cases for recovery requirements.
- Inform the Team Leader with exceptions and failures immediately once they appear.
- Communication with vendors for any upgrades and enhancements as required.
- Ensure troubleshooting is performed as and when required.
- Conduct research and development in banking systems and other related components.
- Attend support calls and join the department staff in emergency cases as required.
- Ensue all related activities are in accordance with bank’s policies, procedures, and standards.
- Participate in other related initiatives and projects as assigned or other duties as assigned by IT management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any IT
