Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and communications.
Track and follow up on key initiatives across departments (AI development, marketing, business operations).
Prepare executive reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Organize and maintain digital files and records with accuracy.
Coordinate meetings with partners, clients, and internal teams.
Support the CEO in driving operational efficiency and timely execution of strategic goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Previous experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant (preferably in a tech or startup company).
Work Environment
Location: Muscat, Oman – Hybrid work model (office + remote flexibility).
Contract Type: Full-time or part-time, based on candidate profile.
Trial Period: 3 months with the possibility of permanent employment after performance review.
