Our product is already live and being used by healthcare providers in the US. We are now expanding our lean engineering team in India to accelerate new features and innovation. Role: SDE-2 Full Stack Engineer
Location: Noida (Onsite preferred at least 2 days/week)
Remote: Possible initially for the right candidate
Team size in India: 3 (you, another SDE-2, and a frontend engineer)
Engagement: Full-time, immediate start
What we are looking for
You should be comfortable owning features end-to-end and working closely with the founding engineer. You will contribute across backend, frontend, and design discussions while ensuring high-quality user experiences.
Expected experience: 3–5 years
Tech stack experience required:
Laravel (PHP)
React with TypeScript (TSX)
Inertia (preferred, or willingness to pick it up quickly)
Good understanding of relational databases (Postgres/MySQL)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and container deployments
Bonus:
AWS ECS/Fargate knowledge
Experience with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, SOC2)
(not required, we will guide you)
What you will do
- Build and ship product features that doctors and patients rely on
- Contribute to architecture and system improvements
- Maintain code quality, reliability, and performance
- Provide mentorship to junior team members over time
- Take end-to-end ownership with strong accountability
Compensation
This is an early engineering hire role with meaningful ownership.
CTC: ₹18–22 LPA (based on experience and fit)
ESOPs: 0.2% – 0.5% equity with a standard 4-year vesting schedule and 1-year cliff
