Role Overview
As an Associate Senior Manager – Sales, you’ll lead a small team of BDMs and ABDMs, ensuring consistent revenue growth, funnel conversion, and strong local market presence. You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager to scale NxtWave’s offline expansion in your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Funnel Management: Own the lead funnel from qualification to retention; drive conversions and achieve monthly revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coach BDMs/ABDMs on calls, demos, and objections. Conduct reviews, track KPIs, and drive productivity.
- Execution & Market Growth: Build and execute territory-specific strategies; identify competition insights and new lead sources.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain CRM hygiene, track funnel metrics, resolve escalations, and ensure learner/parent satisfaction.
- Hiring & Training: Support recruitment and onboarding of BDMs/ABDMs as the team scales.
- 3–6 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in EdTech / B2C high-ticket sales.
- Proven record in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication in English and one regional language (Kannada, Tamil, or Marathi).
- Strong analytical, coaching, and leadership skills.
- High adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Lead and scale NxtWave’s offline sales strategy.
- Work closely with senior leadership and make a direct business impact.
