The Instamart Supply Design team at Swiggy builds internal tools and systems that power our supply chain — from how inventory moves through warehouses to pods to consumers doorsteps. Our mission is to simplify complex operational workflows through thoughtful design and create intuitive, efficient experiences for on-ground and internal users across the supply ecosystem.
As a Product Designer - Instamart Supply , you’ll shape user experiences across the core systems and verticals that keep Instamart running seamlessly.
You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft experiences that make on-ground and internal operations faster, more reliable, leak-proof and scalable. The role demands strong problem-solving, user empathy, and a passion for simplifying complex B2B or operational workflows.

As a Product Designer - Instamart Supply , you’ll shape user experiences across the core systems and verticals that keep Instamart running seamlessly.
You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft experiences that make on-ground and internal operations faster, more reliable, leak-proof and scalable. The role demands strong problem-solving, user empathy, and a passion for simplifying complex B2B or operational workflows.
What qualities are we looking for?
- Empathize deeply with internal users and operational workflows.
- Approach problems with structure, curiosity, and experimentation.
- Deliver polished, scalable designs that meet both user and business needs.
- Strong grasp of design thinking principles and user-centric approach.
- Demonstrated B2B or internal tools experience (case studies showing ownership & impact).
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and DLS-based design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions that meet user and business needs.
- Ship ~3 high-quality projects per quarter while maintaining design consistency and excellence.
- Conduct user research, ground visits, and immersions in the entire design process to deeply understand how on-ground & internal users interact with our systems.
- Translate complex operational and supply-chain problems into clear, actionable, and scalable design solutions.
- Build interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI screens using Figma and the Swiggy Design Language System (DLS) .
- Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure timely delivery and alignment of design outputs.
- Be proactive in closing dependencies, collaborating across teams, and ensuring smooth design handoffs.
