Location: Bengaluru, KA.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR processes and practices are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and providing required documentation.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management and wellness perks.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing for all employees.
- Respond to employee queries related to benefits, policies, or payroll with clarity and professionalism.
- Prepare and generate regular HR reports such as headcount, attrition, turnover rate, and new joiner/exits data.
- Track key HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and suggest improvements in processes and policies.
- Manage employee documentation such as offer letters, contracts, NDAs, and benefits enrollment forms.
- Handle the onboarding processes, including creating and deactivating user accounts in internal systems and databases (Darwin box).
- Ensure proper access rights and system permissions are granted or revoked as part of employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain clean, updated records in the HRIS by adding new employee details, updating existing ones, and removing records when necessary.
- Conduct periodic reviews of system data to ensure accuracy, remove duplicates, and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and generate regular HR reports such as headcount, attrition, turnover rate, and new joiner/exits data.
- Track key HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and suggest improvements in processes and policies.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 2-4 years of HR Operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset, with experience using HR data and metrics to guide decision-making.
- Has knowledge of Darwin box.
