What You'll Do
You will be part of the Collaboration & Excellence Team in the Global HRSSC, supporting day-to-day execution of activities across quality, documentation, and reporting workstreams. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, effective reporting, and smooth audit support in line with the guidelines established.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Support creation and maintenance of process documents (SOPs, templates, job aids).
- Assist in collecting and organizing data for standard HRSSC reports and dashboards.
- Execute regular audit and review activities as per standard checklists to validate process accuracy and policy compliance. Document audit observations and assist in tracking corrective actions.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries for SLA/KPI performance tracking.
- Help identify operational gaps and flag issues for review by senior team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- A graduation degree.
- ~1-3+ years of experience in shared services, or process reviews/documentation/reporting roles.
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow & Workday (preferred) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts), PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a matrixed setup.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
