We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a wide range of complex solutions and transformation projects for our clients

We really value in-person collaboration, so we're looking for you to spend some of your time on-site. This means being at our company offices for team meetings or at a client's site.

How You'll Shape Our Success

As a Senior Project Manager, you will have a key responsibility for leading the successful delivery of a wide range of complex solutions and transformation projects for our clients. The position is highly adaptable and provides the opportunity to liaise with senior stakeholders across client businesses to execute on their own specific requirements. While supporting more junior level project management and other technical colleagues and helping develop their skills and experience.

What You'll Do:

Project Management

  • Deploy a wide range of solutions, ranging from complex infrastructure migrations through to data platforms and custom application development
  • Coordinate the delivery of end-to-end projects in line with agile methodologies
  • Help to establish templates, policies, tools and partnerships to support Qodea's continued growth, which may include negotiating and managing commercial agreements
  • Drive continual improvements across the Project Management team and, where applicable, the business
  • Apply Qodea's high quality standards across all projects and areas of work, taking accountability for delivering projects in rapid timescales and within challenging budgets, consistently achieving the target margin
  • Assist our colleagues in Sales to produce high quality statements of work that minimise risk during delivery
  • Aptitude at working in agile environments, as well as coordinating internal teams against external demands while reacting appropriately to dynamic circumstances

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage at a senior level with clients and partners, including with C-level executives to build and develop strong relationships
  • Coordinate key internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex projects to meet the company's business objectives
  • Tracking the impact your work has on your individual stakeholders, while maximising transparency and accountability
  • Document and present to both internal and external stakeholders making the delivery approach, progress and project health clear.

Requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, for both client-facing and internal relationships
  • Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector
  • A solid structured and standard approach to work practices such as Prince 2, ITIL, Agile and Scrum
  • Some understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other Cloud Platforms, including data related tech and projects
  • Accurate reporting abilities while taking an analytical approach to performance management and optimisation
  • Strong commercial awareness
