About The Role

As part of our Fragrance Production team, and reporting to the Product Project Manager, you’ll design and create artwork for bespoke products, helping transform imaginative concepts into beautifully executed packaging and visuals that bring our clients’ brands to life.


This diverse role will see you apply your creativity across a variety of touchpoints, assisting on photography, video, brand films, web content, and digital design projects. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Project Manager and Fragrance Production team, as well as our Sales teams to ensure every design reflects brand identity and enhances the sensory experience for our client’s products.


Working with luxury hotels and premium lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, and wellness brands, you’ll enjoy a broad and inspiring creative scope, from packaging design for an array of bespoke products such as candles and reed diffusers to visual storytelling across digital platforms.


In this role, you will:

  • Prepare Final Artwork – Refine and prepare print or digital ready artwork files, ensuring all design elements, images, fonts, and colours meet production specifications
  • Conduct Pre-Press and Production Checks – Manage bleed, trim, colour profiles (CMYK/RGB/PANTONE), dielines, and print finishes; liaise with printers or manufacturers to ensure technical accuracy
  • Refine Layouts and Designs – Apply strong attention to detail in aligning, retouching, resizing, or correcting creative layouts while maintaining brand consistency
  • Conduct Quality Control – Proof and review all artwork for errors or inconsistencies before release, ensuring the final output matches creative intent and production standards
  • Design and develop creative concepts for product packaging, labels, and marketing materials
  • Create finished artwork ready for print and production, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Work closely with suppliers and printers to meet technical specifications and colour standards
  • Support creative projects across photography, video, and digital content creation
  • Collaborate with the Product Project Manager to interpret briefs and deliver high-quality creative outcomes
  • Liaise with printers and suppliers to negotiate costs, track timelines, and monitor production progress
  • Develop mock-ups, mood boards, and digital presentations to communicate ideas
  • Maintain design integrity and brand consistency across all design work


You will bring:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity across product, packaging, and digital design
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Finished Artist, ideally within product or packaging design
  • High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (experience with video or digital tools a plus)
  • A keen eye for layout, typography, and colour, with a passion for crafting beautiful, sensory designs
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every element is pixel-perfect and production ready
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence is presenting ideas, responding to feedback and working closely with cross-functional teams, clients and suppliers to achieve creative alignment
  • A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design
  • A proactive, creative mindset with genuine enthusiasm for the sensory world of scent and design
