An exciting opportunity is now available for a Human Resource Advisor to contribute to the South Coast Region program of works through the provision of high-level advice and services to program / project managers, team leaders and staff, on a broad range of generalist human resource related matters.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Required
- Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of the Human Resources discipline, including policies, procedures and industrial instruments within the workforce.
- Excellent communication and relational skills to deliver advice and information clearly both written and verbal and to work effectively with people.
- High level interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, adaptability, performance and productivity.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly within the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
