This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working across technical and non-technical domains. You should be comfortable turning complex ideas into actionable plans, maintaining clear documentation, and collaborating with engineers, designers, and researchers.
The right person will bring practical product management experience, technical understanding, and strong communication skills to help the team deliver efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
The Technical Product Manager will be expected to jump directly into the product roadmap, outline technical plans for developers, keep projects on track, and coordinate with other departments including marketing, business development, and finance to meet milestones and goals.

The Technical Product Manager will be expected to jump directly into the product roadmap, outline technical plans for developers, keep projects on track, and coordinate with other departments including marketing, business development, and finance to meet milestones and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical requirements and implementation plans for new and existing product features.
- Manage a large backlog of defined features and guide each through development to delivery at a high standard.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation including PRDs, technical specifications, and architecture notes.
- Develop and manage a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and milestones.
- Conduct market and user research to validate priorities and identify areas for improvement.
- Define product requirements and specifications in collaboration with UX/UI and mobile development teams.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, business development, and operations to ensure alignment.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, from planning through testing, QA, and launch.
- Coordinate with Marketing on go-to-market plans and feature releases.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and apply data-driven insights to refine features.
- Suggest optimizations to workflows or feature design where they improve usability, scalability, or efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection standards (GDPR, HIPAA readiness).
- Support a collaborative, proactive team culture based on accountability and open communication.
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in product or technical project management with digital product delivery.
- Strong technical literacy across mobile apps, APIs, databases, and cloud-based systems.
- Demonstrated experience translating feature concepts into technical requirements for developers.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects through launch and post-release iteration.
- Excellent written and spoken English; able to explain technical details clearly to diverse audiences.
- Organized, analytical, and proactive, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and task management tools such as Jira or ClickUp.
- Familiarity with GDPR or health-data compliance requirements.
- Experience with AI/ML, health-tech, or blockchain/Web3 environments.
- Background in mobile app development (Flutter preferred).
- Knowledge of wearable integrations and smart-contract interactions.
- Experience with process automation and technical documentation standards.
- Experience working in startups or early-stage product environments
- Background or interest in digital health, wellness, or biomedical research applications.
- Genuine passion for longevity, health optimization, and emerging science that improves quality of life.
