We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to provide governance, structure, and delivery discipline across all workstreams of a major remediation program. This role is critical in ensuring effective program planning, reporting, financial management, and oversight of risks, dependencies, and quality controls.
As the PMO Lead, you will act as the central coordination point for program governance, enabling the Program Manager and workstream leads to deliver against milestones and outcomes with confidence and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong program governance frameworks, ensuring consistency across multiple workstreams.
Develop and manage the integrated program plan, with advanced proficiency in MS Project.
Coordinate and consolidate weekly and monthly status reports, providing clear visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies.
Track and manage budgets, resource forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
Support risk, issue, and change management processes across the program.
Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Collaborate closely with program and project managers to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Report directly to the Program Manager and provide accurate, timely updates to leadership.
Proven experience leading a PMO function within large, complex technology or transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels.
Advanced skills in MS Project and familiarity with common program management tools and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, Agile).
Excellent analytical, planning, and coordination abilities with a focus on delivery discipline.
Experience working in telecommunications or large enterprise environments is highly desirable.
