Purpose
Our systems are how love scales. Every customer order, every franchise interaction, every internal workflow depends on them working seamlessly.
The Technical Product Manager owns that experience — designing, managing, and continuously improving the technology that powers French Florist. You’ll architect the structure and flow behind the scenes so that our clients, franchise owners, and team all experience the brand’s elegance and precision in every interaction.
What You’ll Own
- Systems Roadmap: Define and lead a 6–12 month roadmap that ensures all tools — Notion, Zendesk, Google Workspace, POS, and payment platforms — operate cohesively and intentionally.
- Franchise Onboarding: Build and manage the full onboarding experience for new franchise owners into all tech platforms (payment processor, POS, communications, support systems), ensuring a frictionless start that reflects the French Florist standard.
- System Architecture & Optimization: Continuously refine workflows, integrations, and automations to improve speed, reliability, and user experience.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain documentation, governance, and access controls — treating them not as admin tasks, but as part of crafting a world-class experience for everyone who touches our systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate between leadership vision and technical execution. Partner across teams to anticipate needs, eliminate friction, and design solutions that scale gracefully.
- Data & Insights: Ensure systems capture and surface the right data for informed decisions and proactive improvements.
- Franchise owners are onboarded with ease, clarity, and confidence.
- Consumer and internal experiences feel effortless — everything just works.
- Leadership time spent troubleshooting tech drops dramatically.
- Systems evolve predictably and intelligently as the company grows.
- 6-10 years in technology operations, systems design, or solutions engineering.
- Proven ability to translate business goals into technical architecture.
- Deep curiosity for process improvement and seamless user experiences.
- Skilled in SaaS integrations, automation, and documentation.
- Strong communication skills; able to navigate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Thrives in a high-accountability, high-growth environment.
