Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer with expertise in end-user computing, including macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms. This onsite role involves providing deskside support, hardware maintenance, and network connectivity assistance at a corporate location in Vienna.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite operational and technical support to authorized users, ensuring SLA compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Perform reactive troubleshooting to prevent future incidents
  • Assist users with LAN/WAN connectivity, printer access, and file services
  • Repair and maintain mobile devices and computing hardware
  • Install, upgrade, and repair desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals
  • Provide software break/fix services and replace non-warranty assets
  • Support network printer/scanner connectivity, including IP and TCP/IP configuration
  • Handle warranty and break/fix support for networked printers and scanners
  • Configure and support mobile computing platforms for end users
  • Provide VIP support for desktops, mobile devices, displays, video systems, docking stations, printers, scanners, and wireless networks
  • Manage printer configurations and queues in line with SLA requirements
  • Deliver onsite hardware troubleshooting for end-user technologies
  • Maintain communication with sales, operations, and branch teams to relay customer feedback
  • Log and track issues using problem management systems
  • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Perform deskside support services as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant IT support experience
  • Strong knowledge of imaging tools such as Ghost and MDT
  • Proficiency in data backup and recovery tools (USMT)
  • Experience with installation, upgrade, and maintenance of Windows 11, MacBook, and Android devices
  • Familiarity with enterprise deployment of Windows 11 and Google Workspace
  • Skilled in hardware configuration, application setup, and network connectivity
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (required)
  • Proficient in mobile computing configuration and backup/recovery solutions

Certifications:

  • CompTIA A+ Certification – Required
  • Apple Certification – Required
