This Position reports to:

IS User Experience Research & Design Manager


Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help to conduct persona research, define user experience and test mock-ups & prototypes with the aim of iterating towards best-in-class user experience. Each day, you will work with software development team on implementation details in compliance with design guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by helping to develop sketches of product design including all phases of structuring, labeling, and wireframing.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Global IS UX Research and Design Team.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Adopting an iterative UX lifecycle covering all aspects of analyze, design, prototype and evaluate while also ensuring tight coordination with the software development lifecycle.
• Identifying and categorizing different user personas for the platform and applications with the aim of tailoring and defining the user experience, user interface, navigation, and workflows to suit their respective roles.
• Checking the categorization of information and the coherent organizational structure of the information architecture to support human-computer interaction, high-usability, accessibility, and user-friendliness.
• Identifying UI/UX design patterns to organize matter for usability improvement, minimal interactions for navigation, simplified data entry, minimized errors and enhanced user experience.

• Student in the UX/UI discipline
