In this role, you’ll lead and support key transformation projects that improve performance and efficiency across Gren. Working closely with senior leaders and teams, you’ll deploy CAPEX to translate strategy into action, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities Areas Include
- Leading and supporting operational improvement projects and programs, including CAPEX related and non-CAPEX initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with the Chief of Staff and stakeholders to turn ideas and initiatives into structured, actionable plans and ensuring budgets, timelines, and project goals are met effectively.
- Working with idea generators to form project teams and ensuring projects are executed successfully.
- Supporting on planning, and tracking of initiatives while ensuring delivery of projects and measuring their benefits and impact.
- Managing a portfolio of multiple projects across the Baltics.
- Promoting transparency, accountability, and alignment across the entire Gren organization.
- Strong combination of technical project management experience, energy sector knowledge, and CAPEX deployment expertise.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and engage diverse teams.
- Excellent people skills for effective change management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
- Fluency in English, other language skills are beneficial.
- Experience in infrastructure or management consulting is beneficial.
- Ability to navigate between strategic discussions with C-level executives and detailed operational processes within the organization.
