MinnaLearn addresses this challenge with a practical, and continuously updated AI literacy program that enables people to use AI effectively and safely. Our solution helps organizations build confidence and competence to roll out AI adoption at scale.

We are most well known for the Elements of AI, a course on the basics of AI developed in collaboration with the University of Helsinki. We have 1,8 million students around the world and our products have been translated to over 25 languages.

On a typical day you would be working on the product, giving customer support, and helping other team members out. In return you get the support of the team to excel at your own work and a work life balance.

The Role

We are a small team meaning you get to work on every aspect of the technical landscape from maintaining old systems to building new ones. Working on infrastructure, optimizing the DB, and much more. We help you prioritize so you can focus on impact.

Requirements:

• Around 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• OR at least one project with a major responsibility developing backend systems
• Ability to work in a startup environment
• Ability to manage own work and prioritize work on a daily basis
• Ability to take ownership
• Team-centric work style
• Prefer user-centric design
• Ability to work from our Helsinki office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
• Fluent English language both spoken and written
