Software Technical Lead

Our client is a global leader in innovative technology solutions. Trusted by customers worldwide, they are developing a powerful, data-driven platform. This position is compensated up to €150,000 + Bonus and Benefits. You'll ideally need to get into the offices 2-3 days a week.

They are now seeking a Software Technical Lead to lead the team behind this mission-critical platform.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and growing teams of Backend and Frontend Engineers.
• Defining and guiding the technical direction of the platform – architecture, codebase, data models.
• Partnering with leadership to plan and deliver the roadmap.
• Driving timely delivery of new features while ensuring stability and scalability.
• Embedding AI automation at scale to minimise repetitive manual processes.

What we’re looking for

• Strong backend engineering background (Python) with deep technical understanding.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 8+ engineers.
• Expertise in data modelling, APIs, and pipelines.
• Collaborative mindset, working closely with Product Managers and Analysts.
