Upfluence helps brands tell their story with powerful influencer & content marketing technology. Upfluence’s software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale to execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns, as well as provide detailed reporting metrics. Since the launch of our SaaS software in October 2016, the company has yielded a monthly double-digit growth rate, and we are therefore seeking further expansion for our team and offices. Our rapidly growing global team is currently distributed between our offices in NYC, Los Angeles, and Lyon.
About Your Team
As a Product Designer at Upfluence, you’ll join one of our functional squads dedicated to a specific product area. Each squad owns a defined scope and feature set, giving you clear focus and functional perimeter. You’ll collaborate closely with a Product Manager and a team of engineers to design, refine, and deliver features that drive Upfluence’s success.
Your mission: translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, effective experiences that help our customers get the most out of our platform.
As a Product Designer (UX/UI), you will have the following responsibilities:
Discovery
- Identify and deeply understand problems and goals, whether they come from users, business needs, or internal stakeholders.
- Map user journeys, prototype new interactions, and refine existing features to ensure a seamless experience
- Define and continuously improve functionalities (launch regular audits, implement feedback funnels, plan interview sessions, etc.)
Building
- Design the most impactful and intuitive features that our users will love
- Create wireframes and high fidelity mock-ups using Figma
- You master how to create interactive prototypes and how to test it (Figma, Maze, etc.)
- Ensure proper implementation of new features and improvements in collaboration with the tech and product team
- Build, document and maintain our Design System
- 1+ years of Product design experience
- Figma has no secret for you. You know how to use it efficiently to express your creativity
- You have a good understanding of B2B SaaS
- You have a strong sense of the user experience and are obsessed with building a perfect product: The user experience must be your number 1 priority
- You have strong problem-solving skills
- You have business proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Work with a mixed and international team (22+ different nationalities);
- Your place in our offices in the beautiful city of Lyon (capital of gastronomy)
